It's your funeral I suppose.  Lister does not last long.  Belle has just enough time to contemplate her poor life choices.  Before she is shredded by the furniture.  The last bandit actually gets a shot off but misses.  Lynn gets in a hit.  And Raths wrath finishes her.  Victory and two level ups.  Anmos gets untouchable.  Rath picks up feedback loop.  Lynn loots a cool necklace.  They are more noble than I would have been.  Yeah, guarding an inn is a little below our pay grade.  I suppose this is the first time they've killed people, not monsters (Though I'm still not sure those Deepests were monsters.)  At least they will be remembered as heroes.  That's what building a legacy is about.  Anmos gets another level, an upgrade to his thorn lash, and ten more years on the field.  We finish fortifying Calmcandle, before moving on the Keltus lookout.  I'm forced to leave Anmos at home there will be another recruitment coming up soon, then we will be able to run two teams.  They advance into the night, and Lynn takes the chance to perform that age old ritual making fun of her dad.  The real question is how is Lynn feeling?

 I was expecting more to be honest, but this works.  Our foes are numerous.  Whoo, a water spirit.  Lynn rushes in to get it.  She's already built to stunt, so the option to get an action point back is great!  She then sneaks out.  Magic clears out a dart.  The Stormthroat falls to Lark, though the other guy blocks the damage.  They are doing well avoiding my fire.  Ciara takes a hit.  Then another this is more damage than we have taken in a long time!  She quickly gets her revenge.  Lark deals with the other guy.  Into the building we go.  We rack up on the doors.  Oh high Dart.  Bye Dart.  Ciara's axe deals with a Stump.  Rath and Lynn find another.  Rath is not able to take it down, and it hurts Lynn.  Lynn switches to her knife and stabs it up.  Then Rath brings the lightning to finish it.  No levels, but it's a nice victory.  I don't need a two handed axe, so it gets scrapped.   After the battle they have a chat.  The Drauven get stronger.  We secure the site.  We find an artefact! Winner!  And a second item!  I keep the Morgathai under control.  Moving on to the next site, the party is waylaid by rain.  With nothing better to do, they do some old school dungeon delving.  The word your looking for is tapestry.  What should we do with the obviously magical tapestry?

 No, but when has that ever stopped this group?  Here we go again, messing with things that man was not supposed to mess with.  A whole load of monsters squirm through the tapestry.  This could be bloody.  Though I did not say for which side!  Anmos's upgraded thorn lash does a bit more than one damage now.  Lynn badly wounds another Thrusk.  He dad deals with the two in the north with a discus.  The Bard wounds Lark.  The southern Thrusk attacks, Lynn dodges one attack but the other head gets in a light hit.  Anmos smacks the bard around.  A Dwever appears in the south.  Anmos finishes off the Bard.  And Lynn the Thrusk.  The Dweaver is badly wounded.  Then thorned to death. Victory is ours.  We need better loot, this is scrapped.  This is moderately useful.  A woman appears from the broken tapestry and I can see why she's not sure if this is the real world or not, when the first things she sees are the Griffons.  A new recruit no way we're passing that up.  Another ranger to the fold.  Butlers are now a thing. Morgathai Jeeves looks a little.... creepier.  Graylee is an ambush specialist.  We now have the opportunity to recruit a new person in Trimstag if we do so, we could have two teams of four exploring the world what do you think?

Yeah, lets recruit! Two 4-man teams will be great, especially if we eventually have more hero kids join up! Edit: Also, Im glad we saved the tapestry lady. Poor lass, who knows how long she was in there?
