And then a decade later I had a work commute that took the first morning U-Bahn that went by the wiesn. There were people getting in pre drunk at 6 in the morning.

They did this very clever thing where they didn't want people to crowd on the Wiesn and stand outside tents waiting at 8 am when tents only opened at 10... so they decided to now open them at 9. What absolutely noone could have seen coming was that the idiots and pre-drunks now will wait at 7, which means they get there even before and cross streets etc when it is still dark making it more dangerous when drunk Vorglühers are crossing roads etc.
