drat I want some banana runts now. I never liked banana candies when I was a kid, then one day I found out I liked banana runts, now I'm one of the blessed few who can't get enough of that fake chemical flavor.

A fruit sando, but with corn and wheat bread? They make sandwiches with whipped cream and fruit in Japan, but with crustless white bread. Here's a very long video about it. Todeloo, take care, byeee! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdZxLetJSZg

Found a new flavor of energy drink at the store today: It tastes like cheap energy drink with a hint of bubblegum, and it strongly smells of cheap bubblegum.

And from googling, it's themed around a Polish boxer? Interesting angle. I'll never understand people who want to drink bubblegum flavor. There's already normal drinks that taste like bubblegum, man. Get some red creme soda

Coffee jell[o/y] turned out pretty good. I used a medium strength roast and the coffee taste was much stronger than I expected. I made some with an Irish Breakfast tea which were pretty bland. I should probably have used a few more tea bags. I also stole some of Mrs Radcliffe's Pukka 3 Ginger tea bags. The ginger came through pretty well but spicy jelly is weird. I guess my mind is so trained to expect fruity sweetness that it rejected it. I think I didn't use enough sugar but a bit of store-bought custard helped sweeten it up and add some milkiness.

Going away this weekend, but when I come back I’m gonna get some gelatin and make coffee jellies with sweetened condensed milk. I’m planning on steeping coffee in the swc, straining it, and then jellifying the resulting liquid. My only question is if I’ll need to water it down, will the coffee milk be too heavy for the gelatin to set?

Did the next batch with a layer of coconut cream gelatin on top. Nice but probably needs a thicker layer. Is 4x better with whipped cream.
