No, he's a Hollywood actor who got a role as a voice for an animated movie so that they could throw his name on a poster. There's nothing remarkable about his voice acting, it's just him recording lines. He wasn't selected because he's the best fit for the role. His inclusion isn't to make the most well made movie, it's to make the most profitable movie. Also, well established? He's had a total of three voice acting roles in movies; The Lego Movie 1, its sequel, and the Pixar movie Onward. This is after he was in over a dozen movies.

Voice actors don't necessarily have the same set of skills as 'standard' actors and it often shows because a lot of standard actors in roles sound like poo poo, which is why Chris Pratt is easily the worst actor in The Lego Movies. There are occasional actors who can do both but that is because they spend a lot of time getting experience and actually working as a voice actor. (Mark Hamill, for example, is probably a better voice actor than an actor.)

Has anybody here played KoToR on Switch? Preferably from those for whom it was their first play through: does the game hold up? I’m not expecting it to have aged perfectly but is it still an engrossing sci-fi rpg or has it been too outclassed by the times?

I played them on the og Xbox. I feel that the biggest improvement that matters is reduced load times, now that everything uses solid state memory.

The second one's a much better rpg imho, even if it's an "incomplete" game with a lot of missing content. The restored content mod is supposedly coming to the Switch version as free DLC sometime this year

I used to work with a lot of animators and the voice actor defender people were the biggest weirdos ever and had basically zero understanding of how films got made.

I was reluctant because it's by a mobile game dev but I'm seeing that it's getting positive reviews? i downloaded it on apple arcade and beat it on my fourth attempt. not because i'm good at games or anything but it handed me an upgrade that just shaves off a point of max HP if you take fatal damage, so all i had to do was keep buying HP increases and smash my face against everything in front of me to win. the ending showed cameos of a whole bunch of characters who i hadn't even seen yet, so uhhhh i don't think this was intended. whoops
