Gio was never that guy here for whatever reason and now he's hurt. Lenny can catch the ball just fine and I think they'll eventually feel more comfortable with White contributing but hard to trust rookies to pick up blitzes. He's REALLY missing Gronk.

The only thing I can think of is that Dennis Allen doesn't want a QB controversy 4 games into his final HC gig if he fails here but Jameis who wasn't the greatest even when 100% healthy is really hurt so why are you trotting him out there instead of letting him sit? You paid Dalton the money for this exact reason. I'm not saying Superbowl bound with him but you cannot keep trotting out Winston to have the offense be a trash fire outside of 1 quarter in the first 3 games. I would guess that if the offense does exactly what it has done this year, you bring in Dalton as the starter once you are back from London. That way you don't throw too much unfamiliarity with them practicing in a different country.

I've enjoyed the Falcon's games I've seen. Their roster isn't great but they're playing hard and right in every game. They've got that big paws on a puppy thing like Detroit last year. Id rather that than this under coached bullshit we've got.
