Or to actually be really good at a competitive game, but that's kinda a different category of streamer entirely. Edit: I was watching some streamer on Youtube a while back and was baffled at the comments complimenting them on their voice acting skills (they would read the character dialogue in different voices - these voices all just sounded like an excitable 25-35 y/o man), but it makes sense if you realize these are literal 16-year-olds.
