I got into wrestling in part because a buddy gave me Foley's books and he then gave me Bret's book, and I don't regret reading it or anything, but he's a real weird dude and it's real long and based on his notes from the time, so it's very much Bret's then-current (distorted and often self-justifying) viewpoint. I say that as a dude who has come to really like Bret and take his side, stuff like justifying his cheating a bit or him writing about peeing on stuff is a bit suspect.

So in this thread, Bray Wyatt had come up as a performer who may or may not have been good and may or may not have been wasted by WWE and may or may not have been trashed for no good reason. Under Triple H, he apparently has been brought back. So that's interesting to me, as someone who appreciates when wrestling doesn't take itself seriously and has weird characters. Speaking of, what's the latest with Alexa Bliss? Did they completely throw away her psycho monster character? And did they replace it with anything or is she just another generic wrestler now? Big changes of creative direction from a company after a change of management is always interesting, whether a trainwreck like WB or pulling out of a tailspin like Games Workshop. Does sound more like the latter where they're bringing back a lot of fun stuff the fans like that was trashed for no real reason other than the last guy in charge not liking it.
