Substitutable as in free space for tacky stickers, not actual body function if you try to use a colostomy bag for sleep apnea I'd imagine it's not helpful in the olfactory sense Binary Badger fucked around with this message at 20:51 on Oct 21, 2022 |

Now I am old I get an increasing number of tests when I go to the doctor. This time they wanted an ECG, the nurse freaked out and ran over to the doctor after taking it which was great to see. (I am fine it's just a normal variant in heart rhythm)

i had my ecg taken regularly for a while (during lithium i guess?) and i never saw that kind of spikes. good on your nurse for checking in with a doctor, even if its nothing. nice to know

I was freaked out that they were confirming something weird but they were just trying real hard to get it done without shaving my chest hair.

TB is good for multiple issues, if you have a runny nose and sore joints you can take care of both at once with TB I would stick with the TB you get in Chinatown, it's fresher Walrgeens TB feels watered down to me This lady I knew whose knees hurt constantly from competitive skating swore up and down she only trusted this poo poo called bear bile. She would say one or two drops of the stuff worked like super concentrated tactical pain killer, it burned like hell but left you feeling nothing (or better at least) instantly She gave me this tissue paper that had instructions for it, she keeps the one small bottle in reserve for when the pain is unbearable; I've never been able to find it in the US; I remember a cousin getting it in Hong Kong but got it nabbed away while going through customs aaaaand of course it's a byproduct of cruelty to animals Binary Badger fucked around with this message at 20:01 on Oct 23, 2022 |

Of course not, the doctors at the time, just didn't have these numbers. Not as much worried about the cancer from that anyway, just would have been nice to make decisions back then, when the endocrinologist was saying it's was a fairly riskless procedure.
