Do you think he'll actually buy it or will he pull a Trump and continue to stall with lawsuits? you can read the SEC filing he made, i posted it back before whatever happened to this thread last night. but it was only a couple sentences and basically said "yeah, i'll buy twitter if you end the lawsuit and if i can get the funding." but unless twitter thinks they might lose the trial, there's no incentive for them to pay any attention at all until he actually shows up with the money in his hand. most likely he's just trying to stall for time, which has already worked because today the judge pushed the trial back to november at the earliest.
