David wanted you to have this.
Different team/ league: I should start Kamara today right? Been stashing him for when he finally returns and sounds like he’s likely to play today. Seahawks have crap run defense.

My RBs

Dalvin Cook
A Kamara
Jamaal Williams

Thinking of benching Cook which feels weird but Williams been going off in that Lions offense and the matchup for Kamara looks excellent.

Eh, I wouldn't bench Cook for Kamara who has done almost nothing this year. I guess if you really wanna play him this is the week.

With this in mind I made some moves this morning. I dropped the ravens defense/st for jags because the birds haven't been doing poo poo and I think this will be the night everything comes together again for cinci. They might get some sacks but they're giving up a lot of points.

I also benched stafford and picked up Teddy Bridgewater.

Current lineup:
Teddy
Mixon
Dobbins
Deebo
Mike Williams
Goedert
Mostert
Jags D/ST
Riley Patterson as my kicker (I had harrison butker to start the season and jake elliot after so Riley is going to break his leg today)

I screwed up and lost last week accidentally leaving in Tony Pollard over JK Dobbins.

Rashaad Penny @NOS
Devin Singletary vs Pit

I like Marquise because of his target share. I could see an argument for Breece but I would want to see more from him before I sit Brown for him.

Well, in Whoville they say - that his tiny hands grew three sizes that day.

0.5 PPR, pick 1 WR

Tyler Boyd @ BAL
Zay Jones v HOU
Hunter Renfrow @KC
Michael Gallup @ LAR

Was learning Zay Jones (which is a weird thing to say out loud) but Baltimore's pass defense is not good so I'm thinking Boyd or maybe Gallup.

Leaning towards Thielen since Zay was limited all week.

Those are all the same receiver. I would probably lean Boyd since it will hopefully be a shootout, but he tends to get either 12 targets or 2 targets per game.

With Amon Ra back, a new decision (standard):

ARSB @ NE (might be limited/snap count?)
London @ TB
Allgeier @ TB

I was leaning London assuming ARSB would be out since I project ATL to be behind and passing, but TBs defense has been solid. ARSB is the best option assuming he plays a full game, but I worry about a snap count.

Also, for a PPR league:

Cooks @ JAX
Woods @ WAS

A pure toss up from my perspective, kind of wondering why most sites are down on Woods relative to Cooks, not sure if I am missing something.

If I start him today what are the chances he only catches 2 passes?

What I ended up doing was playing all 3 RBs. On the one hand this decision was good cause Cook and Kamara both had good games. On the other, Lions imploded unexpectedly and Jamaal had a bad week.

There wasn’t any combination of players I could have played to win this week. Had some weird things happen like my kicker got 0 pts, Eagles defense had like 3. Only real regret is I benched Hollywood Brown for Sun God. Wouldn’t have won me the match but the signs were there to not do that and I ignored them, whoops

Terrible choices for my 2 flexes in 1 PPR. I need high ceilings: I'm playing a 5-0 team and I'm a clear dog.

Rachaad White @ PIT (garbage time potential?)

Brian Robinson @ CHI ( seems too early to start him, but I might not have a choice)

Mattison @ MIA ( with Cook healthy, vs a good team? 💀)

Darryl Henderson vs. CAR (broken offense mitigated by PPR and playing worst team in the NFL at home?)

Gallup @ PHI (seems too soon to start him too)

I guess I lean the first two.

I’m literally about to start White over Najee and an injured Conner so let’s ride. My best hope is they blow out the Steelers and he gets a TD.

Aside from that, probably Henderson? I think Philly gives Dallas trouble and it’s too early to tell for BRob unless the Ron Rivera comes out with a lot of hype this week.

Take me to your Shida

Should I pick up the Bears or Commies defenses for the Thursday night game? Other options are sticking with the Vikings (who I initially grabbed because of the London game + Bears combination) against Miami possibly playing their third string QB, Jacksonville against the Colts (who they already shut out a few weeks ago in a game where they put up like half their fantasy points on the season), or New England against the Browns (I'm just listing them because they seem to simply be good)

Similar vein, Start McLaurin in that Thursday game or pivot to Doubs, Pickens, or London?

e: I could also just drop one of them and grab someone off the WW

McKenzie would be pretty drat tempting if he clears concussion protocol, I think.

If it were me I'd go Samuel because TB's defense has been excellent so far this year and Samuel has been producing pretty steadily. Bears have a decent pass D too but not nearly as good as Tampa. However Pickens has produced the past two weeks, including against the Bills' good pass D so I dont think starting him would be bad.

Full PPR. Pick two.

They begin again

CEH vs Buf
D Montgomery vs Was
J Robinson @ Ind
M Williams vs Den
D Singletary @ KC

Pick two (RB and Flex) No PPR

Leaning towards JRob for sure but I’m kinda lost on CEH vs Monty. Monty is a Thursday game and man those have been weird. Williams has been staying on my bench but the dude puts up solid numbers. Singletary I still don’t know what to think. He’s good but it’s hard to put him in over most of those guys.

I think Etienne is due a "breakout" game that removes any doubt that he's now the lead back and puts up a score that completely closes the door on any buying low in fantasy. It's edging that way but at some point he's going to have a game that makes it irrefutable, and I have a hunch it's this week.
