Was watching "love is blind" or whatever its called with my gf and were pretty sure its taking place in Texas and like half the people are rich and this one women is like a speech therapist who also buys and flips and rents units and she's showing her new hubby this one and she's like "I bought it with my real estate partner all cash for like $300k and with the reno we think we can rent it for $6k a month" and I just don't understand why anyone would pay that to live in loving texas
