The GOP is more responsive to its constituents, so if the base is there, that's where McCarthy is going to be. I do ultimately agree with everyone and think the most likely outcome is they beat the democratic party about the head on shoulders with *anything* and *everything* "must-fund" for the next 2 years though, including this and the debt ceiling.
