Good news, Poland has finally reached an agreement on who will build our first nuclear plant! Still no confirmation on who will deliver the fuel, but I assume it's gonna be France due to it being simpler logistically. Man I might even see this in my lifetime, what a thrill!

Should have gone with Areva, they have long experience of building nuclear plants. Like in the case of OL-3 they have extra 13 years of experience, it was meant to be done in 2009 and currently they might be ready this winter, or not if issues keep cropping...

I was unlucky to be today in Warsaw near Dmowski's statue, where our own Q did their thing. When I was around 5 people talked, and it looked like a massive crowd of 30 people were listening. There was a total spread of crazies, from "we need to protect our independence by joining with Russia and Belarus in Switzerland style union" to "let's bash heads of traitors that sold us to NWO". He's exactly the type of bloodthirsty fringe nutcase they like to elevate in these situations (for a month or two before they have an accident). The fact that he's walking free to spout what's basically Putinist stochastic terrorism is a failure of the state.

Yeah, they even played a recorded phonecall he did from prison. And in that recording he said they should bash heads without mercy since "they are not their enemies mothers" and usual other things. It's baffling noone tried to stop them despite the fact they are openly calling ruling party traitors and advocate violence..

He rose at the time when PiS was flirting with the fash and trying to bring them into their right wing, which they kinda did via the territorial defence program. Most politicized nationalists wanted to keep their independence and splintered into a bunch if extreme groups, and only then did PiS have their politicized police force go after Olszanski and his ilk. Side note, dude was apparently normal and an theater actor, until his wife passed and he devolved into… well, this.

Semi related - I've seen some of Hungarian Nationalists (out of all the nations) repost the images from the 11.11 Warsaw Parade and praise the ONR loons for trying to bring back the good old days. Which means the times when Poland was spanning from the Baltic to the Black Sea, so they're basically saying "gently caress Ukraine". I swear to god, it's the same poo poo every year, but this one it feels very wrong.

They jumped the gun on article 5 hours before the Polish government made a public statement that they may consider invoking article 4, which is just a meeting where everyone reaffirms that they're deeply concerned.
