Going from "We can't get the con, but we've got an empty boardroom nearby' all the way down to being run out of a parking lot with people waving $40 from their cars at him to come autograph to finally headed to Chili's for a Triple Dipper and then to slink back home.

I'd say pretty likely. Considering it lost so hard in appeals, the judge went "Yeah the original judgement was wrong. You're not paying them nearly enough money," and how much judges like not doing their jobs
