I think the ammo bar is actually just the magazine size divided by total ammo count... As in literally 31/190. Edit: Maybe not as 31/190 is ~16% and that bar looks closer to ~25 full.

Has anyone had the twitch drop actually show up in their game inventory? As far as i can tell everything is linked properly but theres no skin in the appearances section in the game.

As far as I can tell each weapon type has base stats and then the bars show how much that one deviates from the base stats, but since the base stats or the actual values aren't shown it's pretty meaningless unless comparing it against another copy of the exact same weapon.

I have the ugly winter lasgun skin and can confirm it works. I really like the pace of the game, swapping between ranged and melee and the classes that exist. But I'd love to skip ahead two years and get more content. I guess this is a long post about being butthurt in regards to launch only having 4 classes.

I've heard that it's Zealot exclusive yeah, but don't quote me on that. The one-handed chainsword is pretty good too though, just doesn't have quite the same reach and its special doesn't cleave like the Eviscerator does in that video

I'm only at level 10 but yeah some of the guns feel terrible at low level. I'm hoping once their power level is maxed out and you get a good roll on the important stats that will change. Hopefully crafting unlocks soon? Or is that a launchday thing? I think we all forget how weak we were at the start of vermintide.

So how would we make equivalents with none-specialist enemies in darktide vs vermintide? Maulers = Maulers, right down to the head being better armored. Ragers = Berserkers, the armored version makes for a good elite version. Zombies = Skaven slaves Horny zombies = Norscan Zombie Yellow shirts = more annoying and numerous beastmen archers Black Armor Melee = Norscan Marauders Scabs and x3 skullracks = Stormvermin Ogyns = Chaos warriors Also it's really weird that the meatgrinder testing area requires you to be level 30 to see every enemy inside it to test things. Combat knife is basically the daggers from vermintide2 and it is very, very good, make a post about how much I liked it too.

Crushers are the heavily armored ones with two handed hammers. They are the equivalent of chaos warriors but easier to dodge and much more vulnerable to stagger/knockdown. They are high-armor on all body parts. Reapers are ogryns with heavy stubbers (machine guns) and armor on their arms. You need one person to draw their fire and someone else to kill them, or else wait for their long reload. Their shooting is continuous, high-damage, and knocks you back. They suck and can be a group wiper. Bulwarks have big riot shields and armor on their arms. That's their whole deal, don't hit the shield. Plague ogryn are bosses that appear randomly in zones. Ogryn Skullcrushers are the most valuable members of your team, please shoot specials for them so they can cheerfully kill all the hordes for you. This game is amazingly fun and save for a few fails when trying to match-make I found almost none of the problems other people did. Still, with that said, everything seems so unpolished and screams "needs another one or possibly two months in the oven". I have no idea how they are going to make it to release in 10 days.

The menus and stuff are absolutely terrible. It's riven with small but irritating bugs. Then there are the large glaring bugs. We were getting booted from games a lot today and it came in waves. I understand they're tinkering in the background but it feels rickety. Nothing I do removes the cursor from the middle of the screen. Gameplay whips though.

I was getting crashes on mission load until I turned DLSS off, and then intermittent crashes throughout the game afterward that were fixed by reducing ragdolls, visible enemy damage, and ragdoll interaction.

IT's basically a meme with Fatshark that their games are super fun and super broken, and will always be several degrees of broken. If they get the MP matchmaking and servers under control we're good.

 I have seen a end of mission weapon gift maybe twice, why would I ever take this? Curios are also cheaper to buy then weapons. 5% Chance after 5% chance of a reward at end of mission to find a better Curio that has a bonus that will actually help you during the mission.

I dunno if it's the case for every ranged weapon but the Infantry Lasgun at least shoots straight through teammates. I've killed a few specials while testing firing at them through teammates tonight after I did it on accident the first time.

Played a bit of Ogryn. On the one hand it is fun being a big bully knocking people down. On the other their dodge doesn't seem so good compared to Zealot, and I just realized the Brawler voice is basically Shrek.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LpA4FONs2Jo played a bunch over the weekend, the game has been surprisingly stable save for a couple hiccups, but I definitely have to start looking into upgrading my PC big time so I can experience the the environment at full with perfect frame rates.
