It's not even helpful, you piss off the court for no reason whatsoever and you can't avoid getting the questions answered anyway. Judges really don't want to be the parents driving feuding kids on a long road trip, constantly reaching in the back to stop some petty spat during discovery. Like if you could gain some actual advantage then maybe it's worth raising the ire of people involved but no way is that your default or go-to strategy. What goes around, comes around. Now on lunch break till 1:30 as the judge has another meeting that will run till then. a couple more motions are also going to be heard today after the defense's response to Bankston's presentation for sanctions but Bankston said those presentations will be significantly shorter I'm very interested to see how the defense responds with anything other than "not guilty by reason of temporary insanity leading to catastrophic malpractice" (yes I understand this is civil not criminal but seriously Reynal was just flayed, deboned, and filleted by Bankston imo)
