I asked them to spell her name, and it came out "Kaye Aych EyeEnenunieieee A", and she pronounced the name "Kaiennne", so I naturaully thought she was spelling it Khina. Obviously I didn't find anything by this. After 3 times of her repeating that mumbled garbage to me, I just asked her to call back and hopefully get someone who could understand her.



Apparently, this makes me racist, that I misunderstand strong accents.
