Turns out faffing with a tripod and an old manual reflex lens is hard work if you have no idea what you're doing Topaz Sharpen AI has saved a number of my images that had some motion blur from a fast moving subject. It won't be 100% perfect but it will be better. You can download a trial version from their website.
