Siebert should have been red carding the Uruguay players at the end there. Those post game yellows are completely meaningless, doubly so in the context that it's almost all certainly red card offenses. Either give the red or keep walking til you're at security - stopping to give a yellow doesnt actually punish anyone and it leaves you around them longer.
