Mite get some weed gummies tho and a bunch of flavored seltzers to crush. nice man. yeah a few months ago when i stopped drinking beer regularly it was kinda tough at first to not grab a few at the grocery store whenever i was there but it's fine now. i've never really had any problems with addiction to anything so it's not that bad for me but yeah tbh i have noticed absolutely no difference in my life at all though lol

haven't weighed myself in forever so i dunno what the weight status is. i'm definitely stronger but that's from the every other day climbing routine. i mean theoretically it was like 500 cal of beer daily which should do something but

the nicest thing is not waking up hungover and once the coffee kicks in i can get by on 6 hours of sleep no problem

i thought that would help with that too but i still have to force drag my rear end out of bed every morning no matter how much sleep i get. morning stimulants are still mandatory. tho i've been considering cutting that too and seeing how it goes

they say alcohol is bad for sleep quality, but i don't believe it. it's the one and only thing i've found that will guarantee me a good night's sleep and that i wake up feeling great as long as i don't go overboard. i pretty much only drink on fri and/or sat when i'm gamin' at night though. might lose its effect if i drank every day.

spending my friday cleaning out my garage. took a carload of old fluorescent bulbs, a dozen 10+ year old paint cans, and a few other "hazardous" items to the local dump. now i'm thinkin to hit up lowes and buy some more shelving for the space i cleared up. big cumming AND big dumping, a blessed friday
