Timed "drops" is what Qanon does. They never simply release their lib-destroying info once they have it. There is an obsession with specific dates and making people wait. This allows the followers to be enraged and commit specific acts for a period of time with the assumption that the upcoming release of evidence for X, will prove X without any doubt. If they released their laughable evidence right away, smarter people would be able to laugh at it and fact-check it before the followers get overly enraged and act on it.

the Biden laptop thing is going to just be that Twitter realized the right was using it as disinformation and so Twitter moderation deleted/blocked/suspended posts on it quicker than they would otherwise. that is everything equal Biden laptop posts got deleted quicker with less recourse which makes sense I'm confident that's the SMOKING GUN here: Twitter saw a specific piece of disinformation and had a policy to act on it.
