At least Cyclops gets a boost in a Patriot deck, M'baku doesn't even have that. You can Kazar/Blue Marvel him but you can also do that with a dozen other 1/2 cards that have actual good powers

I answered my own question as to finding a more consistent deck than my Deadpool slot machine, and that is throwing Dracula, Gambit, and Ghost Rider into an Apocalypse discard deck stacked with some additional hefty lads like Hulk and Infinaut. Having a couple different win conditions is nice.

I started using a Discard deck, and it's kinda broken my losing streak as of late (I went from 53 to 44) I'm still not back into the 50s, but at least I win every once in awhile, even if the deck isn't optimized. Snapping with Daredevil after the opponent plays their turn 5 is almost a guaranteed retreat. I just usually only get one cube from it which is kinda annoying.

Run Professor X too and lock a lane in your favor. The problem with running control in this game is that if you're too aggressive or too disruptive they just leave. The balance is to disrupt and leave them with the illusion that they can still win, then blow them out in turn 6.

While SNAP! has its frustrating moments I feel even losing is okay and not a problem compared to Hearthstone where you spend 60 minutes for 2 worst case matches you both lose. In 60 minutes you usually have done alle 6 daily Snap Missions. Once you stop caring about the ladder and play with your grey and green cards to level them up, it’s amusing to win some games by the help of RNG/locations. I quit Hearthstone for Snap, even if it less „depth“. It’s more fun for me. And the matches happen so fast, perfect mobile gaming. Mr.PayDay fucked around with this message at 22:02 on Dec 3, 2022 |

To be fair, Mystique could replace Cosmo. I usually use Cosmo as an honor guard for Patriot, to protect him from Enchantress etc.

I just popped Mystique in my Patriot deck, seems like a good call. I had Onslaught there and she does effectively the same thing for 3 cost instead of 6. If you time it right you can drop her and Patriot together on turn 6 for a fun surprise

Had The Infinaut and Hulk in hand, dropped Sif onto Sinister London to discard them both and then Ghost Rider the next turn to slam the both of them on to the board on turn four. My opponent did not stick around.
