Basically run almost exactly as twitter was, but with much lower operating costs as there wouldn't be any shareholders and less taxes paid. You'd also have to show public benefits, although 'facilitating global communications and removing hate speech' is a more charitable cause than churches' hipocracy and pedophiles. I think it would work if you had the right people at the top. *Lol, there's always at least one board member with ideas who can't stop touching the poop.
