The original law was the reason why these days every child in anime is technically a 300 year old dragon. That law is only enforced against gay porn, which is why nobody notices it.

tbh every time anything like this comes up the jp government goes 'youre right, we SHOULD ban the gay stuff.' like that 2014 thing was kicked off by a (het) middle schooler/their teacher manga iirc and the manga itself didnt get banned but a bunch of fairly benign gay stuff got pulled, lol. if that law had passed it would 100% be enforced like that rather than actually hitting the creepshit.

Yeah, I saw that too. On a couple of levels, I guess. Didn't want to link to it because it's a genuine content warning but it's not hard to find. For the curious, Vic is on stream with three women and then, with an impish look, adjusts his camera to point down and show he's only wearing underwear. The three women are, understandably, shocked and quickly cut the feed and then start to laugh.

I don't know if they can enter in any new evidence at this point (not a lawyer, someone fill me in) but if they could, this is easily as bad if not worse than his own deposition where he mimed the hair pulling movement unprompted.
