It is, but after Nola/Wheeler/Ranger, they really struggled for consistency down the stretch, and absolutely got burned by Kyle Gibson. Syndergaard was nice, but he doesn't eat as many innings as you'd like. Falter was decent, but he's not a sure thing. Middleton and Dombrowski just want competitive innings-eaters, and Walker is basically September insurance.
