Panipuri is a great street food but you shouldn’t ever eat it on a street because it’s probably full of E. Cool. If you can find a place in the UK or US or CA that serves Panipuri like a street food, absolutely get it. A buddy of mine ran an Indian food truck for few years and did Panipuri once a month. It was their busiest day. Panipuri served tableside is ok but does not usually compare. Laqaimat are also super good and you can easily make them at home.
