people say the books suck but they sound awesome. the movie makes Forrest into a basically a genius who's good at everything but just talks funny, whereas the books it sounds like he goes around loving everything up and pissing everybody off, which rules

There’s a clip of one of his scenes on YouTube, as someone in the comments points out, when Stav gets up the camera very visibly shakes like 40 seconds in.
