But I'm not sure about the structural sense in putting the cheese on top of all the vegetables, the melted cheese layer is going to trap all the moisture, resulting in a soggy mess, imo. Not street food but if you like seeing a massive variety of weird fish you had no idea were edible getting prepared for food I recommend Kimagure Cook. There's a playlist for episodes with english subtitles too if you look it up, though recently updated videos are a lot quicker to get subtitled now. Big fan of Liziqi too, lots of cooking videos but also other things like making her own dresses. Feels very produced but it's nice to watch regardless, lots of gorgeous scenery.
