The whole idea of a truth serum drug was that you wouldn't need to do any of that other poo poo. You could slip someone the drug, get everything you needed, and more importantly you 100% knew everyone they told you was the truth. No more elaborate stories to make the torture stop and it turns out none of it was true. If you are torturing people and giving them drugs to get confessions then you don't have a truth serum, you're just torturing people and using drugs in the torture.

Uh, do American door kickers not get paid well or something? I have friends on the whole range from JTAC to assaulters, and even at the bottom rung of training and prestige they're making like $100k + as Corporals. Why would someone be moonlighting as a bouncer?

Just applying this to my own life for a moment, because they also spent a fortune on me, this is probably why I just play complex boardgames and read large books in my spare time eh? lol Yeah I don't know, I know some good guys who are in that world, but there's a certain type of self-promoting rear end in a top hat I don't get along with one bit. I know they select for personality but I wonder if they select for kinds of personalties, because there seems to be a mix.

Way more aggressive and showy, even in relaxed social situations.
