Having access to the most games on one machine is very cool, very pro consumer, and better in terms of e-waste! Shame about PC component prices during the pandemic though, I decided to just go with PS5 and switch for now and yep that covers nearly every title worth playing now or in the immediate future Games are good

I think you missed the point, I wish I could just buy one gaming machine but exclusives or lack of horsepower make that hard hence why it's anti consumer Honestly don't care what machine I have I just want to play all the coolest games. PS5 controller absolutely destroys anything on switch in terms of ergonomics though so in terms of controller, I definitely have a clear preference. Those haptics are really neat too

I think I might have half of the game left but neon white has some pretty unbearable dialogue, some of the worst of games I've played in recent memory.

Okay. 2022 was a pretty great year for me as an srpg and jrpg enjoyer 2023 also looking good with Front Mission 2 and Suikoden and Suikoden 2. Let’s hit the holy trinity: new Shining Force game for the switch 2023, please Camelot!

Wow so I’ve seriously cleared out my backlog! So I still never beat Darkest Dungeon or Rain World but I didn’t really enjoy them. I never fully completed RE4 this time and I still have FfX2 to play but I’ve beaten the former and I’ll get to the latter sooner or later. All I’ve got left is Subnautica which is my weekend game, when I can sit down and put 3-4 hours plus into it at a time. I need something to chill with during the weeks now, better for shorter bursts you know? While I’m not quite in the mood for esoteric gameplay, (thanks Subnautica, it’s great but I need something a touch mindless) which seems like Tunics deal but it seems playable with a dpad only? I’m otherwise leaning Sifu or Neon White. Anodyne 2 is also on a deep sale but I’m not quite as keen on it atm. However I’m open to any suggestions particularly if they are d-pad friendly. Which is my preferred way to play handheld.
