hell yeah, got my graded cards back, including the Wood Elemental I sent in a bit disappointed that my favorite terrible card only rated a 5, it's in really good condition and had no scratches or anything but didn't even warrant a 6.

Wizards announces that Arena players can now exchange cards between accounts. However, the only way to change card ownership is via ante.

I'm going to send a card I damage to be graded, but wondering if there's a limit, like, will they grade literally any card, even some bulk common from Brothers War worth dirt, and if so, is there a bad condition they'll refuse to grade or put in the fancy shell, like I assume the bubblegum aspect would not be possible physically and obviously super gross to give a stranger ABC gum, but if the card is obviously stained and crumpled and whatnot, will they refuse to grade? I'm just looking for a hard 0 on a lovely basic land delightfully encased in a graded shell.

This card seems somewhat good to me, somewhat protects itself with the +1 (better protection if they only have one creature), no abilities lose loyalty, and the 0 feels powerful. https://twitter.com/wizards_magic/status/1613959061841616899?cxt=HHwWhoC9sebN9-UsAAAA We saw this one in the leaks but here's the official spoiler for it. mikeraskol fucked around with this message at 20:56 on Jan 13, 2023 |

Nahiri seems bad to me. It competes with Fable and Wedding Announcement in value WRx. I don't think I would play it (even SB) in an aggressive Boros deck, because I think I would want all my 3+ drops to be independent threats and I don't think I'd want to slow down for something that wasn't. I don't think I would play it in some sort of Naya reanimate/ramp deck, because it's slow to reanimate Titan and doubles down on being vulnerable to GY hate.

If you're hellbent, it has, +1 draw a card. Seems like it generates a fair amount of card advantage for a red/white 3 drop. If your plan is to kill you're opponent before card advantage matters, I guess that doesn't matter?

I'm sure straight up gum on it will do it. if they reject it, they don't charge for it, which is at least small consolation.

Lol, thanks. Of course some Three Kingdoms poo poo is #1 (and #2), guess Petal is probably the most expensive that actually gets played? Assuming Rhystic Study is more of a commander card and not pauper.

There's quite a lot of Portal Three Kingdoms cards in the top 20 on that list. Is that just due to rarity of the print run, because most of these do not look like particularly good cards to me, even at common.

Assuming Rhystic Study is more of a commander card and not pauper. Its more in jest because that is technically the most expensive pauper legal card per tcgplayer price. The most expensive played card is harder to know, i bet someone who plays pauper can spot it on that first page.

quote:She won, but sustained a wound that infected her with phyresis. Upon arrival at the Mirran camp, Melira offered to heal Nahiri, but Nahiri declined, as the process would take days they didn't have. Ultimately, this decision caused her to be overcome and compleated. Reading a summary of the magic story around Nahari and this seems kinda dumb. She knew she would become a weapon of the enemy and decided to just let that happen? Boo.

I thought the standard white artifact reanimator decks had some spice lately with Invoke Justice plus Repair and Recharge. Maybe the Danitha, Benalia's Hope plan is a Christmas dream, but isn't a three mana planeswalker that churns you to a Portal to Phyrexia good? It recommissions your Spirited Companions, Inspiring Overseers, and Extraction Specialists. It isn't Fable of the Mirror-Breaker but not everything can be that busted.

Invoke Justice tends to play like 3-6 cheap value creatures and I think Nahiri is way too slow to be good in that deck. You're trying to get to the big plays ASAP not value your way to a make-your-own Bitter Reunion over a couple of turns. It's not powerful enough to change the strategy either.
