My favorite thing about Bloom County (other than the whole comic, which is honestly gold) is that Berkley stopped using his nickname when he was told what Berk meant in Britain.

What is that Star Trek in the style of the one sheet OG Star Wars poster!!!?

IIRC it was in a thread here; it's a 60s-early 70s pulp cover of some kind (obviously unsanctioned) that was reported to have pre-dated Star Wars and may have been cribbed for the SW poster.

Everyone loved it so much the goon had a pile printed up. I think I have another one somewhere, along with the gay cowboy gun-fight art, and the OCD goon-produced poster-sized doodle.

That would be super rad to find. It seems to not exist on the internet as far as I can tell.

Thank you!

I haven't contributed much to this thread so I think I will drop this gallery here, as its been sitting in my tabs for a while and I am pretty sure I got it elsewhere, having just scoured the last few pages to make sure.

Ink in Spock & the Enterprise, a little blue filter, and there ya go.

We had these at hmv until they shut down. Putting a poster in one of those is extremely annoying if you don't know to just take the plastic off first.

Teenagers still bought those like crazy. Anything with weed, Deadpool, Joker, zep, Bob Marley, scarface, tswift and one direction we're the most popular when I left. Change one direction to whatever hot boys in band that were popular at that time.

Wal mart has them, and its all fortnite, lol and mine craft ones. If there is a star wars or comic movie they'll have their own setup.

I saw a lot of man-caves in south Philadelphia that sported those Scarface posters. It took great effort not to roll my eyes in front of the homeowner.

I worked hard to get my room to look even 10% like that and failed badly. It didn't help that it was the finished portion of the basement and had wood paneling and acoustic tile.

Yo, listen up here's a story
About a little guy
That lives in a brown world
And all day and all night
And everything he sees is just brown
Like his room inside and outside
Brown his house
With a brown little couch
And a brown station wagon
And everything is brown for him
And himself and everybody around
Cause he ain't got nobody to listen to

If I was still living in my first post-college apartment I would pay a decent chunk of change to get that cover for my Klippan sofa.

That led me down a bit of a rabbit hole to the Ikea Museum where I discovered that the Klippan has existed since at least 1980:
