It's Bitcoin following the stock market on more positive (than forecast) CPI data and recent dollar index moves with China releasing restrictions on Taiwan, most likely. Which resulted in a short squeeze liquidating 300 million or so of retail traders for Bitcoin. It has created a gap at about 19k, but how that gap gets filled (or created tomorrow) is anyone's guess.

This is the number analysis I crave. Index moves, squeezing, gaps, filling, so hot.

Remember that Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie bomb scare? This is kind of the opposite of that. They had a lawyer that told them not to say anything about the case so at a press conference they talked about 70s haircuts. Of course, SBF has bad opinions about those too.

he thinks pretending that what he did was just an extremely stupid blunder by an idiot and not, "just keep my mouth shut" is the way to go.

like if he plays dumb (while also somehow explaining poo poo via a spreadsheet) is going to somehow convince a jury.

The more I read into it the more absurd it gets. Maybe its a strategy? Is there a chance he gets off lightly because off all the people he was bribing political connections he had?

There's the bones of a strategy, it's just probably not a very good one:

"There is overwhelming evidence and I'm too central to the scam to be offered a plea deal (plus the prosecutors won't need that to get a conviction). So I'm going to be convicted and am now just doing damage control. Which of these is most likely to get my eventual sentence closer to the bottom of the discretionary range?

1) Don't admit anything, talk only through lawyers, make the prosecution work to prove their case
2) Plead guilty, pretend to be full of remorse and regret about everything
3) Pretend to be a idiot who didn't realize than any of this was illegal or harmful"

I can see SBF convincing himself that (3) is his best option

In all honesty, SPF 100 has played his hand so poorly that I can't imagine how he can screw it up further.

#1 leads to maybe being able to retire outside of prison.
#2 leads to the same place, but maybe worse.
#3 is the wildcard option.

Semantically, "you" is both singular and plural, though syntactically it is always plural. It always takes a verb form that originally marked the word as plural.

Also, there is no plural when the context is an argument with an individual rather than a group. Somfin shouldn't put words in my mouth.

I'M CONCERNED ABOUT A NUMBER OF THINGS
They love making poo poo as complicated as possible. The guy at work who is into NFTs is frequently going on about this one where if something happens you get a chance to receive X and then if something else happens and you also own one of those things you go in the running to receive Y which are really rare and valuable but only if you get certain ones.

Seems like the appeal is more in your chances of winning random poo poo (some of which is actual real world stuff with value) than it is owning a link to a lovely AI generated gif.
