Unironically though, a manga like Golgo 13 can just exist in perpetuity because all it needs is Duke Togo having sex with a beautiful woman and then assassinating a dude in ludicrous fashion and thats why Golgo 13 is the greatest manga ever produced and why western comics are also Good
