He's not being charged with any fraud since he was just moving the money around and not doing a crypto tumbler or some other laundering scheme.

I know most of them probably aren't being used by actual people and are just fronts for money laundering but it feels like every day I'm hearing about the CEO of some random exchange named Blotto being arrested. It's really easy to run a crypto exchange if you don't care about unimportant stuff like KYC or all the money being stolen in hacks, so I guess a ton of people have a go.
