A, D, E For Judaism: I feel like spreading out is a mixture of what actually happened and what seems very likely in this much less centralized world. For Christianity: I've stated it before, but if it wasn't for hard-coded fixed events, then I see literally no reason why Christianity would have or could have caught on in this universe. For Islam: Without Christianity being a bigger thing, I honestly have no idea what the hell Islam does or looks like.

A For Judaism, I feel like their history is basically the same as in the OTL, just against the Ptolemies instead of the Romans B As much as I want to see the potential of Christianity butting up against Hinduism and Buddhism, I feel like it makes more sense to spread across the lands of the Ptolemies to match with OTL Rome E Only Allah can decide what becomes of the followers of Muhammad (PBUH)
