That and a similar video of another Polygon journalist playing Doom 2016* are probably the most cited examples in the "videogame journalists are terrible at actually playing video games" meme. I never minded this video personally because it's fairly obvious that the player simply isn't used to playing FPS with a controller. The Cuphead video is just silly though.

Those are Ineffect's guides, if i remember right, and they're strictly for min-maxing type weirdoes like me who want to jam in as many things as possible to create a complex and OP RP, got me the most hosed-up lich witch lady covered in horns and freaky mutations, it owns, but I get you wanting something more classic. Good news is, if you want that route, you can pretty much go with the one class the whole way through, a pure Wizard or whateveri s actually still super strong, often the crazy wizard builds with 15 classes are trying to reach pure-wizard strength while also greedily grabbing a bunch of other stuff. Pathfinder is also very choose-your-own-difficulty so minmaxing stuff can also be overkill for a lot of settings. You'll have better luck browsing the classes, picking out the ones that interest you, then look up guides for those specific classes, there's usually a level dip here or there for any class that really adds a bunch of nice synergy to your build, but there are other classes where taking any other classes cuts you off from something cool for pure single class.

It wasn't a review, it was footage from a Gamescom demo because he was in Germany covering it. He's not a reviewer, he's an industry reporter. All this inaccurate information is lol. He honestly shouldn't be canceled for this clip, he should be canceled for his unrelenting caping for Activision, Quantic Dream, and Saudi Arabia
