It will be very funny if nobody can reach an agreement on a transfer and now he just sits at Brighton being hated. Brighton are a good side and it would be a shame to see their momentum utterly hosed over by being picked over by bigger clubs.

It is always poo poo when it happens, the funniest being Delph pubicly commiting to Villa hours before leaving. Van Persie was probably one of the cheekiest because he had been at Arsenal for years on top wages, injured for a significant percentage of that time.

Ultimately though you cant blame these kids when these massive contracts are offered, one inocuous bump and you've torn your ACL and potentially coming back as a binman, make hay whilst the sun shines and all that.

Also excited, I can�t comment on his Juve form as I�ve only watched him with the national team, but he�s always looked good to me. Even in the World Cup where he was playing coming back from injury.

I think He�s a good signing that adds much needed depth to the midfield with the departure of klisch. Without him our midfield depth is Sam Greenwood and the perpetually injured Adam Forshaw.

Also it�s pretty wild to see Leeds dropping millions in transfer fees in January.

McKennie is a good lad. Pretty good dribbler, good in the air and is a set piece threat, covers a lot of ground, gets into good positions and makes himself available for a pass, is best as a box-to-box 8 but can cover any midfield or wingback role. He can be frustrating with a lack of passing quality though. He'll probably be a better fit in England than in Italy.
