I've seen it mentioned but nothing about prep-- what is the GBS Ægg opinion on Scotch eggs? I have a family recipe I've used for years and it's something I think I'm pretty good at.

Scotch Egg. Good Egg. I think of them as a breakfast sandwich without the cheese. The muffin/biscuit/toast is replaced with breading.

They take a good amount of prep time but it's nothing too hard and it's always worth it. If you have an air fryer it's an absolute game changer. Take ægg Take sausage Wrap egg in sausage like blanket Roll comfy blanketed egg in breadcrumbs and seasoning Bake or fry I can add more detail if anybody wants. drat now I wish I had some ground sausage so I could make some.

We spend the extra $$ on vital farms eggs. It's somewhere around $7.50-8.50/dozen. Gotta get the picture and bio for hen of the month. Also the yolks are much more orange.
