Maybe? Because they won the title (and also have, erm, other penalties) they might find it most difficult to upgrade their car from last year and inside the 2023 season, plus there are still questions about Checo as a second driver…but they’ll still likely be up there.

Can only hope Mercedes doesn’t porpoise and Ferrari don’t shoot themselves in the foot.
