Wait... That's it? Lmao I used to be Patreon tier System Mastery listener. I loaded up the episodes and happy to see those two dudes are still doing it. First episode I listened to was the recent D20 Starwars, it is a rpg book near and dear to my heart as it was the game I played on the hot couch back I found back in the day. They have the star wars expanded universe knowledge and the OGL experience to precisely dissect and articulate all the problems with the system. Out of all the d&d 3.x era, D20 Modern was the best but D20 Starwars was fine. I made a Rodian named Gwuido, Greedo's Brother. He was a tech specialist and I was just as useless as the dude playing Jedi when our cat piss smelling DM started describing the Yuuzhan Vong to us.

I saw a clip of the game where you, an average-height human, were slaying a mob of goblins (the world's anti-semitic caricatures) in a cave and lol'd at how bad it looked, in both gameplay and optics. even ignoring jkr's shittiness, it looked like you were playing a gameplay segment of an Interview with the Vampire game and you were Louis fighting against his slaves' rebellion.

I was going to say...is it even good if you don't have Harry Potter brain? Somebody had pointed out that the culture war was being fought over a game made by people who'd only made licensed shovelware before and that it was probably going to be a passable GTA clone except with magic. Wanted to check myself but I didn't see any reviewers worth anything covering it. Just the weirdest siren song.
