Probably best game to cop. You’ll finish it fast, enjoy the experience, and within a week or two be able to cop something else.

I don’t know if I’m using that right. First time I try and I haven’t been around native speakers in 13 years now so my English is sort of frozen and stagnating.

You forgot that Ghost Bable is also just MGS1 again too. Or supposedly, the training Raiden did for being put into another simulation of MGS1 again in MGS2.

edit: they should put Ghost Bable on the gameboy thing so I can finally remember to play it.

Fortnite, and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition (download from Windows store for free if you own Java Edition) are two that come to mind. Also Rocket League maybe?

Warframe has crossplay now too, buuut that might be above their complexity level, depending on age.

I mentioned specifically Steam because I can't do Minecraft as I'm using a steam deck. Same deal with fortnite.

We've played Rocket League a few times, but it seems like I'm the only one in our family who wants to play it.

The question with Kirby is what kind of game are you looking for? Do you want a real hard platformer that requires repetition and skill to beat? Then Kirby isn't gonna cut it. Do you want a charming and well designed platformer with some fun puzzles and bosses that might take a few tries to beat? One that will take a 20-25 hours to finish? If that sounds intriguing then you would probably like Kirby!

Couldn’t wait out the physical version and picked up Metroid Prime Again. Man, this game is pretty and runs smooth.

One of the most surprising parts is just how cool the Switch stays running it. Pokemon Scarlet turned my OLED into a hand warmer by comparison.

Apparently the Prime 1 Remaster wasn't just Retro, but co-devolved by Iron Galaxy Studios, whoever the hell they are.
Makes me wonder if Nintendo does want to do Echoes and Corruption Remasters, if they will take the lead on them because I can't imagine Retro still working on remasters and Prime 4 at the same time.

Same but add the physical trilogy on Wii. I know resident evil 4 is the game I’ve bought for the most number of platforms, I think I’ve had it on every console it’s been released on but if not close enough. I wonder if prime is my second. How many different consoles have oot? If you count the preorder master quest disc as buying it, I think it may edge out prime.

Iron Galaxy has been a dev studio for like 15 years, fronted by games press bff Dave Lang and Adam Boyes. They’ve done a ton of good games, some great games, and a few stinkers (usually because they weren’t given enough time and they outspokenly refuse to crunch).

They made the Killer Instinct reboot for Xbone among other original games but mostly get by doing mercenary port work. They’re almost certainly doing the other two ports with some oversight.

mario games are very very good except sunshine, that thing sucks poo poo

I played through Mario 64 back in the day, a few times, that game was a touchstone of my childhood. I never did get all the way through Sunshine. When 3D All Stars came out I played through 64 yet again, it was great. I'm still struggling to make myself get through Sunshine.

I played Galaxy briefly and gave up. Will have to try again later. All the same, still sore that they didn't include Galaxy 2. I guess I'll never play it because I will not buy, use a Wii.

Does adding outside games to your Steam directory let you download them to the Deck?

Cause honestly I can't imagine many Nintendo games compatible with Steam that are crossplay and not merely cross save besides those four.

There's a mod for Sunshine called Super Mario SunBurn. Main features include the ability to go into different stages from other stages (though gently caress the Bianco Hills to Pianta Village path if it's the path I'm thinking of), Shines don't kick you out of the level, and some extra stages.

Also some poo poo about the ability to long jump idk
