Egg sandwich with tomato, roumualde sauce, spinach, mayo on a toasted ciabatta bun. Also put some avocado on there so I'll have to put off buying a house for another year but it was worth it.

Eh see this just seems pointless you really need those insides toasts for that good english muffin crunch. I'm very suspect. My go to breakfast lately has been Scrambled Eggs with Gouda , Bacon on a croissant. I'mma try and get a picture uploaded.

However geese are garbage parents who love laying eggs in stupid places and then stomping all over them, so it's not often my friends have many to spare for eating. I've had emu eggs and they basically taste like huge duck eggs.

I have eaten quail, duck, ostrich and chicken eggs. Quail eggs are great pickeled, ostrich egg was fun but honestly a bitch to cook and I'm pretty sure I hosed it up, also was like $50. Duck eggs is my go to favorite if I can source them, they are a bit heavier then chicken eggs (a bit greaiser/more oily) so they make a great post-drinking night food. Chicken egg is egg.
