If it was a holbrook comic you could give the child a potion that turns them into their calorie-equivalent pile of butter.

Somehow it would still have a face and be able to talk.

I hate it so much and yet I've become addicted to posting it. Every couple of months or so Billingsley draws something funny that makes it almost kinda worth it though.

My friends have a cat who loves fluffy hair ties. She fetches them from anywhere and brings them back for another round. Every time I cat sit for them, I have to spend ages hiding hair ties around the place and she will sniff them out and bring them back to me every time. Her brother couldn't care less about the whole things and only wants to eat my shoelaces.

The tools of a hero mean nothing without a solid core.

At the risk of starting a derail, isn't a hoagie just a sandwich on long bread, same as a sub? Is this some lexical thing where in a random neighborhood the term refers to a foodstuff that is only a sandwich in theory because it's open-faced on half a loaf or something?

It's another term for a sub yeah.

a sub is only a sandwich if the roll is cut all the way through, otherwise it is a taco

The bread isn't fully separated into upper and lower parts in a hoagie or sub but I think you're missing the actual joke: subdivision

They generally are in my area, where they're called subs/sub sandwiches. I don't think how the bread is cut, is the deciding factor on a sub/hoagie/hero, though; it's the bread.

This is all in Kevin's head, and he's yammering on about how turbo-smart the glasses make him and completely ignoring all attempts to be told to shut the gently caress up and actually work on the quiz, and we'll snap back to reality when the teacher is standing in front of the desk waiting for him to hand them a completely blank quiz because he would not shut the gently caress up long enough to actually fill in any answers.
