this place seems to have been a fairly popular resort in the mid-20th century, then it later became a golf course also called Pocalla Springs from about the 1970s-2000s, and in the past decade has been rebuilt as a tract housing development also called Pocalla Springs https://twitter.com/2VintageClassic/status/1632314870917124096 the golf course might be gone now, but the street names in the housing development all seem to have to do with either golf or Scotland:

When my parents got their first house they got a good deal (refund idk?)on a lovely house provided we were in x income bracket and they they raise the value x % with improvements in x years and it sucked and was like a second job cause we had no money to spend so dad had to do it all himself as much as possible. Are there any deals like that going on still? Love housing baby, housing sucks rear end!
