can you imagine being a group of random pro-ukraine dipshits, and suddenly the US starts giving you some funding and all that they ask of you is that you "lay low" and "remain available for something later"? you're overjoyed, you use all the cash to party for a few weeks, knowing that there is more where that came from and then one day, as you're barely managing to wake up from yet another night of drinking, you look at the news and the US is saying that you're the one who blew up the nordstream pipeline and your handler is suddenly not answering your phone calls anymore. You're out of money and you hear the police sirens in the distance

Its intelligence reviewed by the US which means someone else generated it and thats just the US explanation for what happened base on that intel. They cant even say russia did it in response and had to throw ukraine under the bus Now I remember that lady a few weeks ago saying its up to europeans to decide if they want russia to participate on the investigation of what happened and that the us 100% didnt do it. Sure, Sy Hersh's article was largely buried by the media generally in the west, but I would imagine the German people - who got hit by the Nord Stream attack the worst - are starting to sense that something is not right and are getting tired of supporting the Ukraine war. The silence about Nord Stream is too suspicious - they want some sort of concrete answer. I did see that they had some fairly sizeable protests calling for peace, but if there are any Germans here that have a better understanding of the current climate within the country, that could certainly help me figure out if my rambling ideas are hitting the mark or not.
