Now that the WVR is on the field, it might not be a bad idea to refit the Javelin for LRMs since it has that fancy targeting system. But there's one thing to keep in mind. Unless this mod changes it, LRMs are weird in terms of space. 3xLRM5s are a fair bit lighter than a 10 and a 5. Loading 5s until you run out of slots, followed by a single larger one in the last hardpoint, is usually the best use of space.
