apparently the flames set a record for the most amount of losses in a season when outshooting a team by 10 or more shots. pretty surprised by that, i would have figured one of those detroit teams in the mid aughts would have had it, not because they lost very much but because they always seemed to outshoot teams by a large number, win or lose
