I'm really, really hoping to hit at least 60 this season, because the Mystery Variant is the most valuable reward of the track IMO, but I don't think I'm going to unless I manage to pull a serious killer card soon. I still don't have Aero, but I already do have killers like Wave, She-Hulk and Sera - it just feels like I'm missing other essential gears for my decks.

And you can always play Drac as a bluff but play Apoc on another lane too. Which version do you use? I like the drac version but I don’t always play drac especially if apoc isn’t in hand and it works out usually

And if anyone had been counting (I wasn't), it meant I had 7+2 energy T7. I had Death in hand, in a game with zero killed cards and could play it without Wave. Definitely a first for me.

Need a new deck to pilot at cl360 because pool 1 kazoo is getting repeatedly stuffed by kill monger and i don't have any of the cool pool 2 cards yet. Tried a new ongoing deck and game 1 managed to play hobgoblin into my own Cosmo. Galaxy brain play.

Just won a game because the enemy played Kang instead of their winning play T6. I originally Aero'd last turn as you do since I was already winning 2 lanes, he had all his power mid and a ten power Nimrod. I'm thinking it's Galactus, hence the Aero play. Instead he Kangs, we reset the turn, and I play Shang to destroy their Nimrod mid, winning me mid and right and since I had prio, stopping Galactus wherever he was going to be played. Imagine my surprise when its Venom instead, who eats 4 power worth of units instead of 14 and I still win. If they had just Venom'd mid first, they would have won. What I'm saying is, don't play Kang against Tech decks lol

I'm also at like only 100 tokens so I need some fast. the token tuesdays have always been good thus far and what you should be looking for in terms of gold->token conversion, as it's been (X+50 gold) -> (X tokens + some boosters), for a conversion ratio in the upper 80%'s to mid 90%'s, whereas a lot of historically "good" bundles were more in the 70's (though then you need to account for credits and how much you value variants and blah blah blah) as noted the upcoming special offer is better overall when you take credits (and maybe the variant) into account, but still not quite as good at pure gold->token conversion (700->600 instead of 650->600), so getting either or both is a very reasonable use of your gold

Grinding dailies, using Agatha. Vs. Bot results: Inconclusive, but she fails at a move deck. Views:  Their MODOK'd Apocalypse was I believe either 24 or 32, but played Jared Leto & Polaris instead on 6 moving Kraven over to the center.

 The shop had this really cool 3099 Helicarrier variant, so I had to get it and dust off my discard deck which has given me 13 wins so far tonight. This game the Helicarrier gave me a second Dracula, and I drew Hella turn 6, after a turn 5 Modok.

I think one of the deck's biggest strengths is all the ways it consistently brings out synergy, it's why i like Maw in there so much, with sunspot or ss+Scwitch they often win a lane with 20+ alone. Privilege check: ran into practically NO killmongers after the 60s or so, i guess he just don't fit in the meta at that level, fair enough. It won me games. It won me games combined with Aero. Aero enables so much. They call the deck Baero for a reason; she's not quite 4/5ths of the package but she enables wins where the rest of the deck would fizzle out on 6. Basic strats for anyone else that wants to try it: Always drop maw on 3rd next to sunspot but pref sunspot+scarlet witch because you only use psylocke if you ARE holding jubilee and are NOT holding either Shulk or Infinaut OR wave/death which is the turn 3 you take if you're not holding at least 2 of Psy/Shulk/Infi. Flowcharty AF but it's consistent enough that following that you always have at least one lane with 12ish, one 20ish, and by turns 5/6 can either psylocke 4 into Shulk/Infi 6, or if you already have a limbo or other mana reducing in play you can bait out a shangable target by 3rd turn waving and 4th turn psylocking anyways to give you the max amount of flex on points in lane control (this is where Aero seals the deal. I am editing for the sole purpose of the shoutout to Rogue here. Rogue shutdown wongs and zabus ALL day. Her impact is hardly ever SEEN but it's MASSIVE in singlehandedly disabling the decks that rely on their ramp power. Bonus: early climbing she's basically a 3 point devil dino/ronan. The only decks that will gently caress you up are meta Thanos and Taskmaster combos. Taskmaster and Doom account for most of the losses in that deck. You can muscle out galactus easily. Hela is as much of a crapshoot for you as it is for them. Being leeched can be survivable sometimes. I could have retreated way more times than i did but I've won as many 2 cube games by filling up a lane and letting sunspot even out the other to give me the 1 lane win just the same. Taskmaster can be a second Agatha if played with Wave. Or he can be a second Jessica Jones. He copies her after her ability activates and a 5/8 isn't horrible. Captain Marvel always goes in your highest lane since she doesn't move for total power. Aero just wins games.

Yesterday a lot of my Kang games were me snapping, dropping Kang, it playing out, opponent sees their best play doesn't even beat what's on the board, they retreat after the time rewind. I like Kang a lot but man, it's upsetting sometimes when my opponent also uses this information. It's supposed to be for me only! The most annoying thing is I have Kang in my Thanosjaw deck and when he pops out of Lockjaw early it's a little frustrating.
