They very heavily preference local italian talent when hiring Ferrari's issue is that they are not hiring enough local Italians and are instead hiring Britains with neurological disorders caused by drinking raw sewage and eating prion laced beef.

Nice try OP but the real answer is that there probably is some dipshit british electrical engineer who can't integrate the stupid british ECU with the advanced Italian Electronics and is too busy putting in a hazard light switch that you have to insert upside down to start the engine.
